Procedure for Receipt of Complaints
Any
concerned person may lodge his/ her complaint in regard to any
operational or other matters of the companies under the Bird
Group addressing the same directly to the Chief Vigilance
Officer (CVO). Feedback in respect of the complaint shall be
given to the complainant by CVO within a reasonable time on
receiving the same.
