In case a grievance is received at the Mines/Site (Works), the Committee of respective places would examine the grievance and try to settle it at their level. However, if the nature of grievance is such that it cannot be settled at their Level, they shall forward such grievance to the Chairman, Grievance Cell at Head Office immediately. In such cases, the Mines/ Site (Works) concerned shall give an interim reply to the public concerned with a copy to the Chairman, Grievance Cell within a period of 7 days. The final reply to any grievance shall be normally given within 15 days of receipt of the grievance.
